Squirrel Derby Results

Despite frigid arctic temps, the Kuneytown Squirrel Derby was a success. Two out of three of the winners were YOUTH members! And we all enjoyed squirrel hors doeuvres while celebrating with the winners.

Thanks to Seneca County Cornell Cooperative Extension, who provided a processing and cooking demonstration.

Keith Thanks for getting the post up. Thanks to Moira Tidball From the Seneca Wild Harvest For helping us prepare our squirrels I think it is great that every squirrel brought in was cleaned and properly prepared and enjoyed by our participants.
